Mailroom System organizes mail flow with several specialized pieces of furniture to encourage efficiency. Corner units provide ability to form L-shaped and U-shaped configurations. Shelves have thumb-cuts for easy retrieval and beveled in front with space for self-adhesive labels. Sorting Table adjusts in height from 29" to 36" on 1" increments for seated or standing use. Durable 1-1/2" thick, 16 gauge tubular steel legs are chrome-plated and feature leveling guides. Side dump rails prevent mail spillage. Space-efficient under-table shelf provides 12" vertical clearance for storage. Sorters with risers provide 13" vertical clearance under the sorting area for small machines or additional work area. One-tier sorter offers 25 pockets while the two-tier sorter provides 50 pockets. Pockets are 11-5/8" x 13-1/4" x 2-5/8" to accommodate oversize envelopes or periodicals. Corner sorter creates efficient L-shaped station and features 20 pockets which each measure 11-5/8" x 13-1/4" x 2-5/8".

Modular desking features steel-over-honeycomb composite tops on all rectangular components. Tops feature radius edges on front and rear edges. Color of pulls and grommets match paint selection. Wire grommets are standard in all tops. Wire grommets in end panels allow cable connections between desks. Desking features Tru-fit mitered drawer fronts for better visual alignment, 3/4 height modesty panels, one pencil tray per unit except returns, and full extension triple-tied cradles on all file drawers for full access to interior contents. High-sided file drawers accept hanging files without hangrails. 3/4 extension box drawers feature double-walled construction for long life with one divider standard. Flipper doors and open shelf conversion kits are standard with a core removable lock located on the underside of stack-on shelf.
