Underdesk printer/fax stand features a durable steel frame and laminate top. The 19" wide x 16" deep laminate top provides ample space for most printers and fax machines. Stand easily slides under a desk when not in use. The 15-1/2" wide x 14" deep sturdy steel wire shelf is ideal for storing extra paper or supplies. Printer/fax stand includes four swivel casters (two locking) for mobility.

Legal-size file pocket features Mylar-reinforced gussets for superior strength. Offers five-piece construction, 9" high scored front panel and a 5-1/4" expansion. Front and back panels are made with 21 point construction. File pocket has acid-free manila-lined interior panels. Pockets are manila lined for increased durability and designed 1/2" higher in back for indexing.

Expandable collection of desks, hutches, and accessories provides hundreds of ways to increase workflow efficiencies. Features durable 1" thick melamine work surface that is scratch-resistant and stain-resistant, solid hardwood molded feet, wire cable management system, file drawers that hold letter-size or legal-size files. Corner Connectors link separate desks into single L-shape configurations. Hutches add lockable, overhead enclosed, open storage to desks and full-width tack board on back panels. Round-end peninsula unit adds extra work space and conferencing capability. Corner desk uses as a standalone unit or add a desk at either side to form efficient L configuration.

Desks feature hardwood veneer surfaces. Top end caps are solid hardwood. Hand-selected veneers are finished to a rich patina in a multistep finishing process. Double pedestal desks feature four box drawers and one file drawer. Single 3/4 pedestal desks provide one box drawer and one file drawer. 72" wide desks feature a 10-1/2" overhang. Box drawers operate on ball-bearing suspension with full extension. File drawers operate on ball-bearing suspension with full extension. Top box drawer is standard with divider. Hangrails are provided in all file drawers for side-to-side letter and legal filing; and front-to-back for letter filing. Four adjustable hex leveling glides are standard on all desks and credenzas; return units are standard with two leveling glides. Glides have 3/4" adjustable range. Equipped with HON "One Key" interchangeable core removable locks. Keyed alike cores must be ordered separately. Meets or exceeds ANSI/BIFMA and ISTA performance standards.

Executive Desk Series features an attractive wood finish, 1-1/2" close grain thick tops, duo edge detail and solid construction. Desk Shell includes an overhang for conferencing and two-cord management grommets in top. The desk shell and credenza include a full height modesty panel and can accept pedestals and lateral files. The bridge with full height modesty panel features a one-cord management grommet in top and one pass-thru grommet in top center of modesty panel. Grommets come standard in black. Door kits for hutches include four doors and hardware. Lateral file drawers store letter-sized and legal-sized files and feature locking drawers and counterweight mechanism. Removable top on lateral file allows unit to be used under a shell or freestanding. File drawers store letter-sized files and include locking drawers and hangrails. File drawers are not to be used freestanding. Drawer pulls are standard in black.
