DiscPainter delivers high quality printing of photos, designs and text with 600 dpi in about 60 seconds and 1200 dpi in about 3 minutes. Uses patented RadialPrint Technology to print directly on the disk as it spins. Just put disk in, close the lid and print. Adjust inner and outer diameter settings to print from edge to center hub on all inkjet printable discs - even mini (80 mm) disks. Includes disk design software with more than dozen templates. Features a photo collage tool which allows as many as 32 photos in your design. Features three print quality settings (Draft, Normal, Best). Includes nine ink density controls to optimize ink coverage on matte, glossy or colorized CDs or DVDs. DiscPainter prints from programs including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, QuarkXPress and SureThing. Compatible with Mac OS X v10.3/10.4 and Windows XP. Includes the following: AC power adapter, USB cable, one color ink cartridge that prints around 100 disks and three inkjet printable disks. Digital answering machine has 29 minutes of storage. Printer offers 32MB memory capacity (480 pages), a 10-page auto document feeder, 100-sheet paper tray capacity, 20-sheet bypass photo tray, a 4.2" flip-up color LCD, wired (Ethernet) and wireless (802.11b/g) network interfaces.
