Tough plastic telescoping tube with screw-on end cap provides the extra protection rolled documents require during storage or transport. Clear plastic snap cap on end holds reusable identification label. Tube expands from 24-1/2" to 40" and features locking tabs in 3/4" increments to maintain desired length. Telescoping document tube includes nonremovable adjustable shoulder strap.
