1 - What will I be charged for shipping?

Receive free shipping when you spend $50 or more at GreenLightOffice.com. If you place your order by 3pm in your time zone, it will usually arrive the next business day. Free shipping is available to all mailing addresses within the continental United States, regardless of the size of your order.

The shipping charge for orders under $50 is $7.95. It doesn't matter if you have one or many items in your order. You can always receive free shipping by increasing your order total to $50 or more. Likewise, if returns that are not due to our error drop your order total below $50, the $7.95 shipping charge will then apply to that order.

If part of your order is backordered and you wish us to ship it when it comes in, you will not be charged any additional shipping when that part is sent.

Orders that cannot be shipped via UPS are sent via a common carrier, and are delivered to a loading dock only. If you require any inside delivery and/or setup, additional fees apply. Please contact us for pricing.

2 - Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?  What about APO/FPO addresses?

It is difficult for us to fully service these addresses since UPS cannot deliver to them.  We can ship to these addresses using the USPS at no charge only for orders over $250.  If you would like to place a smaller order to PO Box/APO/FPO address, please contact us first for shipping charges.  If you wish to just place the order, we will apply the charge after shipment, and it will be a minimum of $10.00. Please allow 2 weeks for USPS delivery, and up to 6 weeks for APO/FPO deliveries. Please also note that due to USPS tracking limitations, we are unable to handle issues involving missing shipments--please contact USPS.

5  - Who will deliver my order?

GreenLightOffice.com has partnered with UPS for most product delivery, and we will use other carriers as necessary if your order is not UPS shippable.

6  - When will my order leave the warehouse?

Most orders received by 3pm ship that business day. All stocked items ship within one business day, and most will be delivered the day after shipment.

However, items that are backordered, cannot be shipped from the closest warehouse, or cannot be shipped by UPS normally arrive one or more days later. Special order items take 3-6 weeks to be delivered.

You will receive email from GreenLightOffice.com confirming all order shipping details.

7  - How do I track my order?

You may view the tracking information on your order from our home page by following these steps:

1. On the right side of the homepage, login with your email and password.
2. On the top of the page, click on the 'Your Account' tab.
3. Click on 'view your orders'.
4. UPS tracking numbers are listed. Click 'view order' for the order you want to track.
5. Click on the tracking number listed for that order.
